How it stays cold between here and your door

Frozen where it is made, and moved once. There are exactly two ways a tub leaves the premises, and both of them are short on purpose.

A single order goes out with a rider

Order, pay, and a rider carries it to you. Inside Benin City that takes 1½ to 3 hours after payment — which is the honest number rather than the flattering one. Ice cream and a long ride do not agree with each other, so the window is quoted from when payment lands, not from when the rider sets off.

Delivery is ₦2,000 anywhere in Benin City, and free on orders above ₦10,000. Rider delivery is paid by you, directly to the rider. It is not folded into the prices on the shelf, and you will not find it added to your card at the end.

Bulk is collected

Buying for a shop, an event, or a room full of people? Bulk orders are collected rather than delivered, from No. 30 Omoruyi Street, Off Sapele Road, off Sakpoba Road, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.

That is not a limitation dressed up as a policy. A three-litre parfait and a stack of tubs spend the shortest possible time out of a freezer if they go straight from the premises into your vehicle — one move instead of two, with no rider's box in the middle of it.

Outside Benin City

Not yet. It would mean a longer time in transit than a frozen product can honestly take, and promising it before it works would only mean somebody opening a soft parfait.
