What we keep, and why.

Who this is about

Josey Rich is a dairy production business in Nigeria, run by Josephine Owoyemi. This website is built and maintained on her behalf by Love Jesus Software.

What we collect

Only what an order needs to reach you. Nothing is collected from you just for reading.

• When you send an order or a message — your name, your phone number, your email address, and what you asked for.
• When Josephine signs in to manage orders — her name, email address and profile picture from Google. This applies to her, not to customers.

We do not ask for a delivery address on this website. Where a rider should take an order is arranged directly with her.

What we do not do

• No analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising network.
• No selling, renting or sharing of your details with anyone.
• No payment on this website. It does not ask for card details and never has — payment is arranged directly with Josephine.

Where it goes

An order is stored in a database run on Cloudflare's network, and a copy is emailed to Josephine so she can act on it. Mail is sent from noreply.fe@joseyrich.com through our own mail server. Replies go to the address you gave, so she can answer you directly.

What is stored in your browser

• Your order, while you build it. It stays on your own device until you send it, so you do not lose it by refreshing. Clearing your browser data removes it.
• A sign-in session, only if you are Josephine signing in to manage orders.

There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site. The anti-spam check on the forms is Cloudflare Turnstile, which is used because it verifies a person without profiling them or tracking them across other websites.

How long we keep it

Orders and messages are kept while they are useful for running the business — filling the order, answering a question about it, and keeping her own records straight. They are not kept indefinitely for their own sake.

Having your details removed

Ask, and they will be removed. Use the contact page. You can also ask what is held about you, and have anything wrong corrected.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their details.

Changes

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date above changes too. The history of this page is kept in version control.
