Who you are dealing with

joseyrich.com is operated for Josey Rich, a dairy production business in Nigeria run by Josephine Owoyemi. The website is built and maintained by Love Jesus Software.

Sending an order is a request, not a purchase

This website does not take payment. Putting items together and sending them tells Josephine what you would like and how to reach you. Nothing is agreed until she confirms it — availability, the final amount, and how it reaches you are settled directly with her.

Prices, and who pays the rider

Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (₦) and are hers. They may change, and the price that applies is the one confirmed when she takes your order.

The rider's fee is paid by you, directly to the rider. It is separate from the prices on this site and is not included in any total shown here. Bulk orders are collected in person, so no rider fee applies to them.

Delivery, and putting things right

Agreeing to these terms

Sending an order asks you to tick a box confirming you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice. Which version you agreed to is recorded with your order, so that what you agreed to stays clear even after this page is next updated.

What we ask of you

• Give details that are accurate, so an order can actually reach you.
• Do not use the forms to send unsolicited or abusive messages.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain access to parts of it that are not yours — the order management area is hers.

The photographs and the words

The product photographs on this site are Josephine's own and are hers to license. The wordmark and packaging designs are hers. Please do not reuse them.

Some pictures on the ice cream listings are material studies rather than photographs of her product — abstract macro images of swirled cream, used because she has no photography of that line yet. They are illustrative of a flavour, not a picture of what arrives.

Food

Any claim on this site about a product — such as being high in probiotics, low fat, or 100% natural — is repeated from her own printed packaging. If you have an allergy or a dietary requirement, ask her before ordering rather than relying on this website.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and stock shown here may not be stock on hand.
